EASY CLEAN COMPARED TO THE COMPETITION - Our product is not a water-based pump system (these are far too wet). We use a foam formulation that is guaranteed not to soak or soften the toilet paper. The foam is simply sprayed onto the normal toilet paper or cosmetic tissue - gently fold the paper once to distribute it over the entire surface and open it again - and the ‘wet wipe’ is ready.
